user? A GUI session with root user for example.
Without the need to reentering the root password everytime you need a shell with sudo access.
I know it is a bad practice but I wonder anybody does it or not.
I think, if you are sure you won't install any bad apps why you should not be always root?
We can run risky scripts with a low access user for example.
Can't we?
You can do it, sure, but why? Is it so bad to reenter a password once in a while?
> GUI session with root Half your software won't work.
I think if the password is easy to reenter, then it is easy to hack too. Assuming I have disabled ssh password login (or sshd service entirely), and I have a complicated disk encryption password, is it safe to use a very easy password for root user?
Oh yes good point. I should find another solution!
If only someone made a granular access tool.

I will research about it. It is an option if it is not as unsafe as I think.
