What is port 2080? Are you using proxy?
Probably not cache, probably dnf configured to use that proxy in its settings file somewhere.
but in terminal it's works well only in KDE this issue
What does that mean? Can you screenshot?
but in terminals the commands work, like dnf update or dnf upgrade
grep -R 2080 ~/.config 2>/dev/null Try this way, it's probably going to be in .local though, or less likely .share
Oh, this give me log about 168 mb(
You can try filtering for the IP instead. Or just try checking various plasma settings menus related to network
thanks. I found file .config/kioslaverc, do I need just clear httpProxy and reboot PC?
