20 installed which I am not allowed to remove.
It has 32gb RAM and 1tb SSD, still it takes atleast 5 mins while booting up and while shutting down.
I suppose it shouldn't be this slow, what can I do to debug this? Only restriction is that i cannot uninstall the current os

Probably not, I can see team-viewer and netskope and a vpn, rest is regular ubuntu
That's the last resort, I'm new here and thought to figure it out without much interaction

Start with upgrading to 22.04 then
