Is there a way to set this for specific apps

only? Because it seems to malfunction with FF/YT, therefore it'd be nice to be able to disable it there but not for all other things (because it's useful when it's working, but if you set your volume to say 80% and as soon as the next ad or something else runs it goes down to 5% again is pretty bad)...

Switch to pw pulse and see if it still happens
