Trying to install fedora , but this part just stays

on processing and won't let me configure it , any idea why?

That part is disk management running - if it happens before you clicked it your existing partitioning is either hard or slow or impossible to parse for anaconda or if it happens after you've set up partitions then you might have tried to create a massive or broken layout. Alternatively you could be on a very, very slow disk.

I mean, there already is a fedora installed on it , but the old fedora is on hdd , and i have recently plugged in a m2 ssd , that's why i want to reinstall it , as i remember there wasn't any problem like this last time i installed it

Its probably weirded out about the existing EFI partition on the hdd - try removing (or formatting, if you dont care about the data on it anymore) the hdd.

Well i guess i will have to backup the data and format it as you said , thanks for the suggestion i will try it

It's stuck, did you verify checksum of the ISO?
