flatpak apps, they get ignored by the application. all other non-flatpak apps are fine with these characters. I searched but I couldn't find a solution. anyone know how to fix this weird annoying bug?

Don't use Flatpak app
flatpak version?
thanks for the useless suggestion
Flatpak 1.15.8
X/XWayland/Wayland?
I personally never like Flatpak or Snap software. They work in isolation ignoring most of your OS setting. That is why you see a lot of issue with all this containerized desktop app
wayland
I try to install native packages too but sometimes I'm forced to use flatpaks I haven't faced any issues other than this tho, most things were solved using fllatseal.
Are you inputting them via keyboard? Are you able to copy paste them into the app?
So your input method is the problem not the character itself
ha but the same character works everywhere else how can I begin to fix it in your opinion?
How did you verify the flatpak window runs in wayland?
I'm using xeyes, the eyes don't follow the cursor when I'm in the said app
