I have a problem, and I don't even know what

I should check.

Bluetooth woks well, except for some headset devices.
The problem is not bluetooth version incompatibility with those devices.
Other than versions, what else can I check?

What's the problem?

As I explained: my Linux computer can scan/find/pair/connect any bluetooth devices/headsets, except a few ones: two headsets are completely missing. I have found/paired/used them, by my phone, for example. So they are fine.
