you have a running process, possibly the user is still logged in or you launched a background job if you're entirely sure kill the process with kill -9 963

I mean that you may be in the case that you loged in with the dummy use then used su to change to the ithe user
A user is a file, like everything in unix \o/ (/s)
Yeah I think I was logged in as dummy, deleted now 👍
