What do you guys believe to be the greatest technological

advancement in the last 10-20 years?

Something as groundbreaking as the filament lightbulb, the transcontinental telegraph cable of 1866, the electromagnetic motor, alternating current.
It kinda feels like human ingenuity has peaked and saturated to the point where we recycle ideas and can't create anything that could shake and reshape the world any more than it already has been.

LEDs (though they're already a lot older), solar panel technology, nuclear power generation, the upcoming fusion reactor in France, and if I may stretch a bit further, the ISS as well.. in consumer electronics however, quality has year after year gone down
