I have a RPi on cellular network connected to a

remote sql server for data sending purposes. Issue is that as it is on cellular network it'll keep changing Ip addresses, so how do I deal with changing IP addresses so that connection to server is not lost?

Or just with authentication between the device and the server it wouldn't matter the ip

You can use a dynamic dns service that allows you to use a static ip or static name and the device can update its own address periodically
