Anyone know how set a DNS from only cli Example: From a

tool like wpa_supplicant

Or just from some other terminal command?

man resolv.conf

I opened this read-only file in vim /etc/resolv.conf Couldn't write to it And it was generated by network-manager from gnome (which I uninstalled recently)

you need root user to make any change in /etc
