Is that mean, this bug not gonna fix? Well, i

have created a script which will keep checking, if plasmashell is running or not, if not it will check kill restart it.

But it takes a while, like 1.xyz seconds, for that moment, my whole screen goes black :(

The bug has been fixed ages ago. You're using a pentest distro so they don't give a shit about the desktop and you're running plasma that is 5 versions behind.
