you would notice that it doesn't run on most products, you use older, safer codepaths and safe compilation options on all repo packages on Arch
C) The configs are the exact same as what the package decides to use? It doesn't do anything special with just about every single package ever.
if you think loadable kernel modules and such dynamic stuffs are bloat and proper optimization is just march native so yes it's not minimal and not optimized. but i see it's well compiled (with just needed mitigations just where is needed) and well tuned so it can have a good performance everywhere and yes it needs manual changes to be the best for your situations. anyways you can't find a better time saver with this quality
that c part is not right. just compare with defaults
