Do they bring down your webserver? No. Do they take a

significant bit of traffic? Setup a script or fail2ban to auto-drop all packets from them.

neither of that is the situation in my case. Monthly traffic from those IPs hovers around 2-3GB and they send burst requests and stay silent for the next 6-7 hours.
