If you plan to install the sdk and emulator and roms in your home folder, go ahead. If you think to install them in the regular root, put at least 10 GB more on the root

98.5 for /home is insufficient imo. it's fine in the beginning but a lot of stuff saves its configs and whatnot in home directory. I'd suggest stretching it to 130-140gb.
