I just bought a new hp laptop. There is no

partition except C: and Recovery. means, I've to manually make partition. Drive is 1tb where 500gb goes for C:\
So remaining 400 something GB is useful. Here is my question, I need to dual boot another os (arch). So do I need to create a separate partition for arch now? Or just make 400gb as a single partition. What about making 200gb for one partition and 200 as another partition? I don't know about this because this is the first time. Thanks!
