What did you do?! probably you installed some packages as

your graphic drivers and this happened or some packages were confilcted by some others so relevant packages to Xorg are removed and this poped up unless the X should not stop working.

Yes exacly i upgrade my os to 18.04 and then i see this problem I re install ubuntu on my sys and so my home was ecryptd and now my new os didn't acsees to my home and my user

no, the issue is he somehow managed to disable write permissions in his own home directory
