Hi, what do you think about any Indonesian Ubuntu-based OS

? Is it good to use for normal usage ? Anyone have tested one among them ?

Why do you care about where it's from? Just use an Indionesian locale on Debian. The idea with open-source is that anyone can contribute from anywhere in the world. Heck, the Linux kernel and Debian probably have more Indonesian contributors than an entire Indonesian distro.

I am curious to know why are you looking for "Indonesian Ubuntu based os"? India also developed an operating system which was a fork of debian(I think) and they were promoting it everywhere by giving CDROM with school books, An extra chapter on that OS but it never became famous and it's probably dead now. :/
