I'Ve been using LogMeIn Hamachi for a while for establishing

Question

I'Ve been using LogMeIn Hamachi for a while for establishing

P2P VPN. However Hamachi is not free so I am thinking of using Tinc or OpenVPN. Hamachi uses their servers to establish connections first. But Tinc and OpenVPN uses Public IPs. The problem is that me and my team are behind several NAT routers respectively and I think Tinc or OpenVPN is not able to route traffic because of this. How do I solve this issue?
