illustrations for your design? I’m talking about illustrations that are not generic pale “modern” stuff that doesn’t catch an eye but something with sense of personality and intensity

Fiverr and similar platforms are filled with incompetence artists. You'll find better artists in sites that hosts illustration portfolio or art showcase.
