UI designer is more like a graphic designer and i agree with that, but is it okay to be not that much skilled in designing something like posters and visual identities like other graphic designers who aren't related to UI design only?

UI design is not as much graphics design as one might think. Sure you can use graphic design principles when building an interface for a product or a piece of software, such as for implicit flow and direction throughout the application.
