Hello, i have a question. When you have a desing

for desktop and mobile, what is the first version that you make in html/css?
First make the desktop or the mobile version?

I think depends on customer & application base. It's more of mobile focused then mobile and desktop focused then desktop also depends on complexity of system they are designing/developing. But in general mobile first.

It depends on your target customers and on the purpose for your website If more users will be using it on their phone, then mobile is definitely of more value But usually websites are mostly used from the desktop, so this might be a better option
