Hello, am including a css file to my index file,

Question

Hello, am including a css file to my index file,

but when i try to use the styles it dont get applied, so i made the css file empty....

but when i visit domain.com/style.css i see old css styles BUT i made the file empty how is this possible its still got the data?

i tried by clearing my browsing history but still same!!!!!!

when i see the file on server its size 0 byte but on the browser i can see the old contents 😥😥
