Ive got a question for you all. Im learning web

dev stuff, so Im pretty new to this world. Ive gone through 2 classes at a local boot camp so I'd say I have a handle on HTML/CSS, JS, jQuery, and a few other things including exposure to Node.js, and PSQL... I picked up a client who wants his podcast site redesigned and relaunched. He wants "wordpress" in it so he can publish articles. I think by saying 'wordpress' he just meant a CMS. I know WP is all over, but often not the best for a variety of reasons and many devs hate it. Is there another, easier to learn CMS? My only familiarity with WP was launching a WP site like last year but I just deployed a theme someone else made. Ive never developed for WP.
