What is it for? If you are making for digital medium,

think of the minor details in the logo.
Most probably these details will go missing when you reduce the size to use as an icon or favicon.

i am also agree with you,but if you are planing to make a banner or printing thing this would be great,but defecult to embroider

I think it a company logo or something like that. Anyway I always liked "hidden" details in logos, what is only visible clearly if you watch it in big size
