track of stuff manually?
e.g Change Fail Rate: The change was made today most of the customers didn't face issue but some power user/rare use case comes and reports something broken, we do a RCA and find changes made 2 weeks ago made this happen.
How do I keep track of stuff like this?
MTTR: Something broke but came up online after a while.
Something broken is reported, it's a weekend and has low impact, we have plenty time on monday due to timezone difference.
How do I measure that?
I have a ticketing system in place is that supposed to do this for me, or something else?
Have read these things as being indicators but didn't find tools/process to measure them.
You'd find that systems like Jira and YouTrack will usually have some/all of this built in
