Any JIRA admins or experts here? I wanted to ask

something related to permissions, as if I invite a new user, they will be able to create and delete projects as well. but i simply want that user to use a certain project, without being able to delete it. ive done some research on google and playing with jira but i cannot work it out. thank you in advance

if you use paid version, you can give role access per project
