I don't think we need a DM for that, and the mindset is no different from what you need for anything you look up to do in life, strive to add a healthy mix of curiosity, hard work, humbleness, etc etc. Growing as a professional isn't something you can call as done any day, it's a never ending process from day 0 until you get out
