Hello, I have some problems configuring mailgun.com (specifically, verifying domain)

in a heroku-deployed django webapp

it's all about domains, I have some domain at noip.com and I'm following mailgun.com tutorial but it seems like I can't add txt or MX DNS records if I'm not paying

Whta can I do? Is there some service in which I can have a domain for free and add these records? What do you recommend?
