Hi there. What is the de-facto difference between Jenkins, TeamCity

and CircleCI for the NodeJS project with microservices on NodeJS? How to choose the right one?

So it depends on your requirements. If you don’t want to have overhead of managing CD/CI infra - CircleCI will fit as SaaS solution. If you need to host your pipelines then look to host Jenkins/Teamcity

It depens on what do you know well. I think jenkis is beeter one, you can find a lot of guides about this ci/cd system. In my company we are usning TeamCity, but it's paid. Never heard about CircleCI it's a standolone solution or like TravisCI?
