is NO Support on Telegram and nobody knows ‘Why?’ In chat.

Everything is recorded on the blockchain in crypto. Cake Defi collects all this evidence of multi accounts and breaking Travel Rule before banning accounts. Cake knows your connected accounts, where you deposit from, where you withdraw to. All accounts banned have already been checked before banning. You cannot hide if you cheat.

Banning has nothing to do with deposits or country. All fraudulent accounts will be banned.

If you have your own proof you are legit, send it to support to re-evaluate your ban.

Saying ‘I did not cheat’ “I did nothing wrong” in chat is not proof of anything. Only real proof submitted to support can.

When did you open your ticket? Support is not a live chat, if you just opened your ticket 5 minutes ago, be patient. They will reply within 1-2 business days as noted in the email.
