Oh, and yes, my BMS is a “smart” BMS, it

uses an STM32 to balance cells and manage the pack. Can I use it to control the power supply that will charge the pack?

If it has the pins for it, sure why not? If memory serves me right, STM32 chips are basic ARM processors. They can be programmed to do a lot of things. DPS5005, 3005, ... CV/CC power supply modules use them too, and they can be reprogrammed with OpenDPS.

Connect muc to mosfet Directly is very riskly. Better use optocouplers

Yep, they are, they use ARM Cortex-M cores

Fair enough yeah, the gate of a MOSFET wants a lot of current as fast as possible to charge itself up. An optocoupler could mitigate that and voltage differences, or one could even opt for a dedicated MOSFET driver circuit.
