1-OneSwap is an inter-chain DEX and exchange of tokens in this network only (its not a cross chain DEX or bridge). 2- CSC is a decentralized network and it is not possible to lock wallets on it 3- Normal withdrawal will resume soon, just please be patient until the security checks are completed
