I sent near from coinbase to ledger about 40 minutes

Received. Tbh and no offense, it is much slower than eth network. I sent 2 coins from coinbase to ledger , near and eth coin. Eth coin received in 15 seconds but near 90 minutes. How do you claim your faster than eth?

the on-chain transactions on Near network on Near normally only take around 2 seconds. As I mentioned, it's the process on the CEX side.

I think that’s a you issue I never have to wait for more than 2-3mins from binance lol

normally it takes about 30 mins. You can check the transaction on nearblocks.io If it takes more than a couple of hours, you can reach out to coinbase support team to ask for guidance.
