i participated in a giveaway campaign and won 100 near prizes, i followed the kyc request and filled out the form on Fractal, but many days have passed, the reward still hasn't been sent, my new zealy is sang99754

got it. Our team reached out to you about the prize on Twitter correct? the message sent by the team mentioned: 1. you need to do KYC (Fractal) AND 2. a form from IRONCLAD. 3. After you done both, you will receive a reward agreement. Seems like you haven't done STEP 2 to proceed to STEP 3. Please read the message sent to you again and follow the instructions.

The email will say Community Reward Agreement. If you haven’t received it yet, give it a few more days. Please note that the team doesn’t work on weekends so it has only been 3 days since you completed your ironclad form
