Why even have a support channel here, when we eventually

have to send an email anyways…?? That would save people having to repeat themselves about the issue they’re having and scammers wouldn’t be able to see what people’s issues are either…??? Doesn’t that make sense to you??? At the end of the day, you’re handling people’s money, and you’re more than happy to expose people’s issues to scammers….???? Good way to lose customers
