check your xorg.conf file
in fedora I can't find this file
You shouldn't have it.
I strongly dissagree
Does it work fine on Wayland? What GPU?
I not check this yet. since wayland on my GPU so buggy NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate
Wayland will be buggy on 550, but the point here is to see if you're dealing with an X bug.
I've updated my grub conf to enable Wayland. do you know Nvidia driver where is waylond not buggy?
1) 535, forcing everything to wayland backend where you can (not xwayland), and dealing with missing 545/550 features. 2) 550 , forcing wayland backend, and trying to use the WIP explicit sync patches if you have ghost frames. It may fix them, it may not, real fix will come this year(hopefully) You will have a bad experience on Plasma 5 either way though.
install xfce4, works like a charm and less bloat
yes in wayland same bug with monitors
I need to go back to the 535 driver? I used NVIDIA Linux Graphics Driver that in fedora package
*if* you can't deal with the flickering
Have you tried that Windows handles it fine? And what's in the log about it?
In windows 11 works good. and even with 144 Hz
sudo journalctl --boot 0
Well, my next blame is going to old Plasma, I've had weird refresh rate issues on the old version.
You can also try hacking in a static xorg.conf like the person suggested but I don't see how that would help you any, especially since you have the same problem on Wayland.
Exact same resolutions with exact same refresh rates?
Well, post the log, and you might just have to wait for Fedora 40
here is log, sorry for delay
Too fast, delete some rams.
