Your DNS provider (for your domain) is garbage, or you didn't configure things correctly.
hmm , let's suppose it gets working , would that adding server name to nginx.conf solve the problem and be enough ?
edit your /etc/hosts (on your client) with the correct IP and domain name, so you locally have the record you want, and try
i switched to another domain which i knew was working , and now i'm in this status , any suggestions ?

i meant from the provider's side , they once did the configuration to both my server and their own , the domain was working afterward; i left the domain panel unchanged but rebuilt my server ( the ip hasn't changed either ) , doesn't that mean the configuration of domain from provider's side is okay ?
