We have server on digitalocean droplets, let's say the IP

is 1.2.3.4, this IP is whitelisted on a bank endpoint, so our server can hit the endpoint, the problem is when we are trying to develop and testing on our local environtment, we cannot hit the endpoint, do you guys have advice on what we should use to connect to the endpoint from our local? thanks
