My wife is pretty skilled with a pen and we

have a lenovo yoga with a Lenovo active pen 2, what (windows) programs is a good place to start drawing illustrations and svg vectors?

Illustrator/Photoshop if youve got the money or Krita if you want to go free (great program) imo Clip Studio Paint is the best but I may be bias since its optimized for manga drawing

I recommend u to try SAI paint tool. So far, the best one, at least for me.
