I'M a complete beginner to Docker, learnt about it through

tutorials available at Katacoda.

However, I want to build my own Dockerfile with custom requirements. Does anyone have a tutorial for the same?

Don't. Head to github and find dozens and dozens of dockerfiles in nice, tidy public repost where you can learn and be productive in no time. You could even help some project over there.
