I want to deallocate BTC from Yield vault however i’m

Question

I want to deallocate BTC from Yield vault however i’m

unable to withdraw 100% i get a message: “Insufficient balance” 🤔 even if i leave 500 sats as remaining i still get the same message “Insufficient balance”
Am i doing something wrong? why the “insufficient balance” message when i just want to withdraw 100% of my finds?

Ok thanks Daniel, any timeframe when this will be corrected and we will be able to withdraw 100% (0.5$ is now 1844sats which in the future can be (will be) way more then 0.5$) 😁😉

Currently not timeframe yet as I know. I am aware @ferhat_lorem_ipsum informed in one of the channels where that was reported that it would be directed to the team to check the backend, but not yet an ETA for the correction. The app is undergoing some fine tunning as we all notice with small updates being issued in these last days.

Hi Ferhat, Daniel, thanks for the feedback 👍 just a remark from my end as a customer: Lot’s of project are under development which is positive, on the other hand applications that exists since long and not 100% optimized are seemingly being given less importance, leaving customers with remaining funds that “who know when” can become available again. Maybe some extra efforts should be allocated to address those snags that could easily be corrected 😉

Hi! Some users have already reported that, it's currently being adressed. It happened the same to me, I left like 0,5$ and was able to withdraw the rest.
