If i split css files into multiple files like this. 1.

styles.cs —> this is base file of all css
2. styles.button.css
3. styles.footer.css
4. styles.something.css
.
.
.

then use every style i want in any page is that good? for example if one page only has button and some text i don't add tables style to that page is this good practice? or should i add any styles to one css files because there is no diff in performance and speed and anything like that by separating them.

In really big projects in the end it wouldn’t matter if you are asking in preference wise , as for organizations in small projects I like to do it the way you just explained it
