Is there any software based Load Balancer which can switch

my internet connection if primary interface is down on Linux?

Yes, I recently started working I know I could use dual WAN routers, but initially I can't, so any software based load balancer can do for now, I will use my phone as backup internet connection (not a very good thing to have but still better than nothing)

They have a new product which works on all platforms. I meant that instead of connectify. (Connectify serves a different purpose iirc and speedify expands on that) https://speedify.com/download/
