Probably because I was explaining a setup that went like host-LXD-KVM-Docker-Docker
This is just Docker on openstack-ansible
It made sense at the time. Docker was a piece of shit capable of taking down the entire kernel, and LXD didn't have good docker separation if you wanted to run it, so the solution was to stuff it in KVM, so it kills kernel of KVM and not the host. And it was a CI runner that needed nested docker builds.
